2. Use of Services
You may use this site and our apps for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any service. Desktop apps are licensed for personal use on Windows 10/11 unless a product page says otherwise.
3. No site accounts
mamgain.app does not offer user accounts. Individual products that need sign-in (MKundali on mkundali.com; optional Google sign-in in Android apps) have their own terms on those products.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
MKundali subscriptions are billed on mkundali.com via Razorpay and renew monthly unless you cancel before the renewal date. Desktop downloads and MAnnotator licences are sold through Gumroad as one-time purchases. 108Rhythm and MAstroAlarm in-app unlocks are billed through Google Play. 5. Intellectual Property
All app code, brand assets, and content are the property of Mamgain.app. You may not use our names or logos without written permission.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use our services. Vedic astrology tools (MKundali) are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarakhand, India.
