2. Use of Services
You may use Mamgain.app services for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any service. MPCCare is provided for personal use on Windows 10/11 devices only.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found violating these terms. Accounts are non-transferable.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
MKundali subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact billing@mamgain.app. During public beta, no charges are processed.
5. Intellectual Property
All app code, brand assets, and content are the property of Mamgain.app. The name "MCreatorX" and associated logos are registered trademarks. You may not use our marks without written permission.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is." We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use our services. Vedic astrology tools (MKundali) are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarakhand, India.
