Do alarms fire without internet?+

Yes. All calculations use Swiss Ephemeris running on-device. Alarms fire correctly in airplane mode.

What is the difference between VEDIC and EQUAL Hora mode?+

VEDIC mode divides the day (sunrise to sunset) into 12 unequal horas and night into 12 — traditional Jyotish method. EQUAL mode divides the full day (sunrise to next sunrise) into 24 equal horas.

Is ₹249 a subscription?+

No. It is a one-time in-app purchase via Google Play Billing. Buy once, all premium alarm types unlocked forever.

What happens to my alarms after a reboot?+

MAstroAlarm registers a BootReceiver. On every device restart it automatically reschedules all your future alarms — no manual action needed.
