1. Data Collection
MKundali collects birth data (date, time, place) that you enter to generate charts. This data stays in your MKundali account and is never shared with third parties.
2. Account Data
You sign in with email or Google on mkundali.com. We store your email and display name to keep you signed in. We do not sell or trade this information.
3. Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Razorpay. Payment card data never touches our servers.
4. Data Retention
Birth data and saved charts stay in your MKundali account for the life of the account. Delete the account and all data is purged within 30 days.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarakhand, India.
